Davie, FL based Ross Realty Investments, Inc. announces the signing of a lease for the former Bennigans building located at 3305 S. University Drive, Davie, Florida. The building, containing 6,304 sf, was leased to Don Ying Corp., who intends to operate a Shinju Japanese Buffet. This will be the company’s third South Florida restaurant. The restaurant is a part of the Rolling Hills Executive Center complex which is located approximately one mile south of I-595 and directly across from Nova Southeastern University’s main campus entrance. Ross Realty’s Bob Sherman handled the transaction for the owners, RHEC Associates, Inc.
