Bob Sherman joined Ross Realty Investments, Inc. in 1988. Since that time, Bob has been involved with our numerous acquisitions, and has leased several million square feet of space in properties ranging from single tenant build-to-suits to power centers to office and industrial buildings. As Sr. Vice President/Director of Acquisitions and Leasing, Bob oversees all aspects of the firm’s marketing and leasing endeavors, as well as the acquisition of developable commercial sites.
Bob believes in an aggressive approach to marketing. Direct mail, personal solicitation, e-mail and web marketing, involvement in the I.C.S.C., networking events, and the continued encouragement of outside broker cooperation through a well established broker network have all played a role in the tremendous success of Ross Realty’s Leasing Department. Bob is well known in the industry and enjoys an outstanding reputation.
Prior to joining Ross Realty Investments, Inc., Bob was a Retail Property Specialist with CBRE’s Fort Lauderdale office for six years. During that time Bob successfully marketed shopping centers of all sizes and exclusively represented national, regional and local retailers in their procurement of locations. Bob also coordinated the company’s annual “Market Overview”, a valuable research tool for both commercial property owners and tenants.
During that time, Bob obtained an in-depth understanding of retail marketing strategies and procedures and established numerous relationships with retailers, brokers and property owners.
Bob graduated from the University of Florida in 1982 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate and Urban Analysis.
